Match the Nature

We live in a very modern society, according to our perception. Today we are busy maintaining our health, like spending time in gyms, fitness clubs, swimming clubs, practicing yoga and many other things to make our body fit and prepare it to fight different problems of our body. That’s absolutely true.



But if we talk about protecting our environment, planting tress and animals, making our own surrounding clean and managing our garbage, then at that point of time our brain starts working in the old school type, that who will plant trees and Do other stuffs to protect environment. It’s not our job.


So, if we keep our thought process like this then who will be responsible for our better health, I guess it’s us only who have to take care of our bodies and lives.


Suppose doing yoga in the morning and inhaling dust and pollution, how will it improve our health? Drinking water with micro particles of dust and plastic added in it, will do what better?

Think Think and Think.......


While people are so eager today to have a good health then we have to make our environment a better place too. Then only there is chances that we can be healthy and fit.


Minding little steps of ours will bring a great change because our brain is a chain of veins and tress is also seems similar like our brain and when both are healthy, then nothing is better than that, which will lead to a beautiful life ahead.


Let's make our life happy by adding new habits of caring for nature.


  • When we plant a small flower or fruit when it starts growing, we can see the branches growing with new bright leaves. In the same way of seeing the plant growing, our mind also gets filled up with happiness of positivity.

  • When a seed germinates in soil and knowing that it will grow into something beautiful in the same way in our mind new ideas are generated.

  • When the environment grows with new plants and trees, in the same way negative thoughts are thrown out of the mind and new positive energy is filled in our lives.

  • When a bud blossoms into a flower, we also feel like setting a new goal in life.

  • When nature will nourish us and we will nourish the nature together, we can change the world with health and happiness.

We have 7 days in a week, let's give a day to think about our mother earth and take a step of protecting the nature by what means we can do. All the work to protect mother earth will do better tomorrow.
